School/Parents Group Visits

I love visiting schools, either in person or virtually. My presentations are suitable for grades K through 12 and for groups large and small.

  • Anea's Journey: Sharing the story of Anea, and her realization about the importance of education for all children. Highlighting her determination to make a difference and encouraging all children to do the same.
  • Universal Right to Education: Discussing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, particularly Article 26, emphasizing that every child has the right to education.
  • Global Challenges to Education: Talking about the barriers to education worldwide.
  • The Power of Community Action: Discussing how collective efforts can make a big impact and how students can get involved in similar initiatives.
  • The Role of Empathy in Social Change: Highlighting how Anea's empathy for others who can't go to school motivates her actions.
  • Education as a Pathway to Dreams: Sharing how education enabled Anea's mom to change her life and help others. Discussing how education can be a powerful tool for achieving one's dreams and improving one's life.
  • Cultural Diversity and Inclusion: Talking about the importance of diversity and inclusion in schools and communities.
  • Creative Fundraising and Awareness Activities: Detail the various activities Anea and her friends undertake, like bake sales and talent shows, to support their cause.
  • The Impact of Kindness and Leadership: Discussing the qualities of a good leader and how kindness can lead to significant social change.
  • Getting Involved and Making a Difference: Call to action, encouraging students to consider how they can make a difference in their community or globally, inspired by Anea's story.

I always leave time for questions. The best part of every visit is finding out what kids themselves have to say!
